These terms apply to purchases from , operated by Nádúr Pet Food Limited, registered in Dublin, Ireland ("Nádúr", "we"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Products and pricing All prices are in euro (€) and include VAT. We take care to describe our products accurately; our foods are complete pet foods for dogs, and feeding guidelines on the pack and on this site are general guidance, not veterinary advice — consult your vet about your dog's specific needs.
Orders Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we send your order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred; if payment has been taken it will be refunded in full.
Delivery Delivery costs and timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.
Returns and refunds Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law.
Liability We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when you placed your order or that were not caused by our breach of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
