Next day
96% of orders placed before 12pm arrive the next working day
Orders are delivered by our courier partners — DPD nationwide and Deliver-IT in Dublin and surrounding areas. Online orders received before 12pm are collected by our courier at 2pm, and 96% are delivered the next day (excluding weekends). On the morning of delivery, the courier will send you a delivery window, usually 1–2 hours.
We cannot currently ship to Northern Ireland or mainland UK. European delivery is a flat €10.95 to most EU countries and Norway — see the rates at checkout, or contact us if your country isn't listed.
Returns
Unless faulty, all items being returned must be unused and in their original packaging. There are four ways to return an order:
Faulty or damaged goods
If your goods are faulty or damaged when you receive them, let us know by phone or email within 48 hours and we'll put it right — return postage is on us.
Once your return arrives back with us in perfect re-sellable condition, your refund is issued to the original payment card. Depending on your bank, it can take up to 10 days to clear.
