Refund policy
We want you and your dog to be happy with every Nádúr order. Unless faulty, all items being returned must be unused and in their original packaging.
Your right to cancel Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at within 14 days of delivery, then return the items to us within a further 14 days.
How to return an order
- An Post Click & Post — drop-off (€4.95) or home collection (€6.00)
- DPD ParcelShop (€5.55)
- In store at a Nádúr stockist, with your online receipt (free)
- Direct mail to our warehouse (your own postage)
Return postage is at your cost unless the goods are faulty or damaged.
Faulty or damaged goods If your goods are faulty or damaged when you receive them, let us know by phone or email within 48 hours and we will put it right — return postage is on us. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
Refunds Once your return arrives back with us in re-sellable condition, your refund is issued to the original payment card or gateway. Depending on your bank, it can take up to 10 days to clear.

2. Shipping policy
Delivery within Ireland Delivery is free anywhere in the Republic of Ireland on orders over €29. Orders of €29 or under carry a €5.95 postage charge.
Delivery times Orders are delivered by our courier partners — DPD nationwide and Deliver-IT in Dublin and surrounding areas. Online orders received before 12pm are collected by our courier at 2pm, and 96% are delivered the next working day (excluding weekends). On the morning of delivery, the courier will send you a delivery window, usually 1–2 hours.
Europe Delivery to most EU countries and Norway is a flat €10.95 — the exact rate for your country is shown at checkout. We cannot currently ship to Northern Ireland or mainland UK.
